Coaching focuses on present obstacles, achievement targets, relationship goals and specific ambitions with the purpose of creating - and executing - a roadmap to attain what you desire. Sometimes coaching is done for a set period to reach a particular goal, and sometimes it is ongoing to continue practicing, improving, and moving towards that better self, better relationship, better job and better life.

Coaching can complement current or previous therapy, and sometimes can be the key to open the door to deeper needs and desires. But you do not need to be a therapy client to benefit from coaching. If you seek help clearing hurdles, uncovering the right path, or staying accountable and achieving your goals, coaching could be a great fit.

As an Achievement Coach and as a Parent & Relationship Coach for individuals all over the world, I help clients reach personal, professional and relationship goals.

Therapy and coaching have many similarities, but the work is actually quite different. Therapy works on uncovering the root of challenges, seeking understanding & acceptance. Coaching, however, focuses more intentionally on present realities, targeting specific goals or desires in a directed, strategic way - without necessarily exploring the roots of the issue.

Achievement Coaching is appropriate for anyone seeking to "level up" in their profession, improve their fitness/wellbeing, achieve a particular goal, or uncover their next path & new authentic identity after change.

 

Parent & Relationship Coaching is appropriate for parents of any age/any age children who are seeking to better understand, guide & connect with their children. It is also appropriate for anyone seeking to improve significant relationships in their lives and want help figuring out how they can show up differently, be more receptive, take a more loving stance and create healthier bonds.

Any goal, skill or intention can benefit from fresh perspective, strategic planning, empathetic support and accountability.
